Skin tag/ genital wart in my urethral opening!? PLEASE HELP.? - urethral skin tag

If I noticed one or two days before the small flap of skin that looks like a label of normal skin, you can click on your arm, etc., but only within the opening of my penis. It is an irregular shape with smooth (mostly ...) and a pink color with no real pain, but thought that it is now felt that his slightly irritating, but I'm sure it's not just in my head.
