What could achy leg pain and tingly toes mean? - leg pain

Achy pain in left leg, just above the knee and hip inside. Tingling toes, followed shortly thereafter, both for 30 minutes so far (the first time that this has happened) is maintained. The pain increases with walking, take it easy. Tingling toes affected by motion / rest. This is just one of those things, or something that should be examined by a doctor today?
